Dry January? Detoxing? Diet adverts everywhere? It’s hard to avoid the message that we ‘should’ all be being good this month. However you are choosing to eat at the moment, one thing is for sure – it’s a long cold month!
So here at Thyme we’ve been thinking about how we can enjoy some warming comfort food this weekend, minus any guilt. The vast majority of our meals come in below 500 calories a portion. Which is great! But we thought we’d take it a step further and pick out our four favourite meals clocking in at around 400 calories or less!
