Full of ‘good for you foods’ and topped with a little ‘not so good for you, but delicious foods’…because we believe in ‘everything in moderation, including moderation’.  We wanted to have a little fun with our best-selling smoothie varieties and turned back time with some retro desserts.

We made our dessert smoothies a little thicker, just by adding slightly less liquid, but only so that the smoothies supported the weight of our chosen toppings.  We’ve used lightly whipped double cream, sprinkles, Madeira cake slices, biscuit crumbs, sponge fingers and meringues. Of course, you don’t have to be quite so indulgent in your added extras.  Squirty cream can be a lot of fun and is available in a low fat lighter option – or try a vegan cream if you’re keen to keep your smoothies vegan.

Strawberry Trifle

Absofruitely Smoothie dessert smoothie

  • 1 Absofruitely smoothie sachet
  • 200ml apple juice (we’ve chosen apple juice but you can blend your smoothie with whatever mixer you like)
  • Fresh strawberries, hulled, sliced & trimmed into heart shapes – save some whole ones for decoration
  • Double cream, lightly whipped
  • 100s & 1000s or sprinkles of your choice
  • Sponge fingers


  1. Blend the smoothie with your chosen mixer
  2. Stick the sliced strawberries to the edge of the glass
  3. Pour over your Absofruitely Smoothie
  4. Top with a large spoonful of double cream
  5. Decorate with fresh strawberries, 100s & 1000s and the sponge fingers

Passionfruit Cheesecake

Share Your Passion Smoothie Cheesecake Smoothie

  • 1 Share Your Passion Smoothie sachet
  • 200ml coconut water, or your chosen mixer
  • 3 Digestive biscuits
  • Double cream, lightly whipped
  • Sliced Madeira cake cut into heart shapes


  1. Blend your smoothie with your chosen mixer
  2. Put the digestive biscuits into a food bag and bash with a rolling pin
  3. Dip the rim of your glass into the smoothie and then dip the glass into the biscuit crumbs
  4. Add the remaining biscuit crumbs to the base of your glass
  5. Pour over your Share Your Passion smoothie
  6. Top with a spoonful of double cream
  7. We’ve added a Madeira cake heart & cocktail umbrella!

Berry Pavlova Smoothie

Purple Rain Pavlova Smoothie

  • 1 Purple Rain Smoothie sachet
  • 200ml of your chosen mixer, we used apple juice
  • Meringues – we used Sainsburys ready-made
  • Double Cream, lightly whipped
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 100s & 1000s


  1. Blend your smoothie with your chosen mixer
  2. Pour into the glass
  3. Top with double cream, meringues, pomegranate seeds & sprinkles
