Spiralised Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 - 10 Baby Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
  • 3 tablespoon of Olive Oil

Method

1. Rinse Baby Potatoes under warm water for 2-3 minutes and then strain in a colander. Preheat oven to 160ºC/ 140ºC Fan/ Gas Mark 3

2. Insert a skewer into the base of the potatoes and gently push the skewer all the way through.

3. Starting at the top of the potato, cut through until you reach the skewer. Rotate the potato in a spiral motion until you reach the end.

4. Gently tease apart the potato down the skewer until you have an even gap.

5. Drizzle Olive Oil on top of all the potatoes and season with the Cayenne Pepper, Chilli Powder and Smoked Paprika.

6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes until cool.
