Delicious vegan bake from The Parsnipship.  A spicy vegan bake full of lentils, carrots & chickpeas flavoured with coriander, lemon and tandoori spices.  Super versatile you can serve it warmed just as it is with a squeeze of lime juice, or crumble into stir-fries, use as a sandwich filler or spread on toasted sourdough with a spoonful of Rose Harissa.


Suitable for vegans - produced in an environment that handles milk products.

For best results, oven cook from frozen.

1. Preheat oven to 180°C/ 160°C Fan/ Gas 4.

2. Remove from carton and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

3. Bake for 30 minutes.

4. Check food is piping hot before serving.
