We've chosen their Organic Beef Rump Roast for Easter because of its full flavour and amazing texture. With just a modest amount of superficial fat that melts into the meat during cooking to produce a hearty, tender piece of meat that's packed with succulent flavours and plenty of juicy bite.
Serve with our Beef with Red Wine Gravy and fail-safe Roast Potatoes
700g serves 2-3.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge for 24 hours before roasting.
1. Preheat oven to 200oC/180oC Fan/Gas 6.
2. Warm an oven proof dish on your hob and sear on all sides for 2-3 minutes to seal and brown.
3. Place joint in roasting tray and cover loosely with foil.
4. Cook for 45-50 minutes.
5. Check food is piping hot before serving.
