How will my box arrive?
Without bragging, we’ve invented thyme travel... Your meals are packed into our clever portable freezers and sent via our friendly couriers.
When will my box arrive?
We will deliver by 6pm on your allotted delivery day (currently Wednesday or Friday).
How does it stay frozen?
We use a combination of wool cool (natural lambs wool insulation packs), ice packs and our specially developed thyme capsules to guarantee our deliveries stay frozen for up to 27 hours from leaving our depot.
What if I’m not in to receive it?
You can leave us instructions to leave your thyme capsule in a safe place or with a trusty neighbour.
How can I customise my box?
By logging into www.itsthyme.co.uk you can tell us which of our meals you really really like, those you don’t and even some you’d like to try. Scouts honour we will never send you a meal you tell us you don’t like.
What if I go on holiday?
Simply let us know on your online account and we will happily pause your deliveries until your back home with a golden tan.
Help, I’ve run out of meals
You can reorder your box simply by going onto your online account and moving your next delivery date closer.
Can I recycle my packaging?

What if I’ve got a problem?

How do I cancel?
