Wholesome, hearty and comforting. Our classic beef stew is made from locally sourced British beef, slow cooked in a velvety chocolate stout to ensure a full bodied, rich flavour that's hard to beat. Served with traditional dumplings.
Herefordshire Beef (35%), Water, Carrots, Chocolate Stout (10%) Barley, Dumplings (16%) (Self- Raising Flour (Wheat), Onions, Butter (Milk), Lard, Olive Oil, Parsley, Beef Bouillon (Celery), Plain Wheat Flour, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Cracked Black Pepper.
Chocolate Stout contains: Water, Organic Malted Barley, Organic Cane Sugar, Yeast, Organic Hops, Organic Cocoa Extract, Carbon Dioxide. Wheat Flour contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin (B3) and Thiamin (B1). Beef Bouillon contains: Vegetable Oil (Sustainable Palm, Sunflower), Salt, Potato Starch, Flavourings, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Beef Extract, Sugar, Celery Seeds.
