Italian Cheese & Smoked Ham Purses for Two
Purse-shaped Durum wheat pasta parcels filled with buttery, nutty Fontina cheese, soft creamy Ricotta and pieces of aged, dry-cured smoked ham. Our full-flavoured pasta purses with their soft, creamy filling need little more than a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan and perhaps the smallest sprinkling of dried red chilli flakes. Also pairs perfectly with our Tomato & Basil Sauce portions.

For best results cook on the hob, from frozen.
1. Without defrosting, add the pasta to a saucepan of salted boiling water. 2. Once water has returned to the boil, cook pasta for 4-5 mins, stir occasionally. 3. Drain, season to taste and serve.
