Gran Gnocchi for One
Gnocchi are pillow-shaped dumplings made from potato, wheat flour and eggs. Our Gran Gnocchi are a little larger than your average, are pillow soft and absorb and complement a whole range of flavours. Once poached, try shallow frying in a little butter before serving with freshly grated Parmesan and fried sage, let them soak up the flavours of our Cheese & Black Pepper Sauce Portions or serve alongside a hearty meaty stew or casserole.

For best results cook on the hob, from frozen.
1. Without defrosting, add the gnocchi to a saucepan of salted boiling water.
2. Once water has returned to the boil, cook gnocchi for 2 mins, stir occasionally.
3. Drain, season to taste and serve.
This product is not suitable for microwave cooking.
