Organic potato skins, carrots, celery, sweet potato, shiitake mushrooms, kale, coconut oil, fresh ginger, turmeric, garlic and Kombu seaweed are simmered with filtered water and apple cider vinegar (with Mother) for 48 hours. Seasoned with parsley & black pepper The result is this nourishing and comforting bone broth.
