Pecorino Cheese & Black Pepper Sauce Portions

Our rich Pecorino Cheese & Black Pepper Sauce is perfect for pasta, chicken and vegetable dishes or use in place of a traditional Béchamel for lasagne or moussaka. Our sauce portions provide an intense flavour to soups and chowders and can even be used as a base sauce, simply add white wine, kirsch, double cream or milk.

1. Without defrosting, remove the lid and loosely re-cover, or add the contents of the pot to a microwave proof container. 2. Heat on full power for 4½ - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove when piping hot, and leave for a couple of mins before serving. 4. Reduce times accordingly if defrosted, or if heating less than a full tub of sauce.
Times may vary; you know your microwave better than we do!Hob Instructions:
