Durum wheat pasta rounds, filled with soft, creamy Italian Ricotta and full-flavoured Porcini mushrooms, folded into half moons. These large pasta parcels are so versatile - serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan, sea salt & cracked black pepper and they look stunning as a starter. For best results cook on the hob, from frozen.
1. Without defrosting, add the pasta to a saucepan of salted boiling water.
2. Once water has returned to the boil, cook pasta for 5-6 mins, stir occasionally.
3. Drain, season to taste and serve.
