For best results, oven cook from frozen.

1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6.

2. Remove box and foil tray.

3. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

4. Cook for 30 minutes.

5. Check food is piping hot before serving.
