Ricotta & Spinach Gran Tortelloni for One
Large durum wheat spinach pasta rounds are filled with the finest soft, creamy Ricotta cheese and finely chopped spinach. Each round is then folded to create the famous tortelloni shape. These striking green pasta parcels can be served drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan. We also love serving our Gran Tortelloni with our Arrabiatta Sauce Portions.

For best results cook on the hob, from frozen.
1. Without defrosting, add the pasta to a saucepan of salted boiling water. 2. Once water has returned to the boil, cook pasta for 4-5 mins, stir occasionally. 3. Drain, season to taste and serve.
