Serve hot with a dollop of coconut yoghurt, and freshly squeezed lime juice or simply crumble it into coconut milk to create a base for your favourite Thai curry. A perfect vegan side.

For best results, oven cook from frozen.
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/ 160°C Fan/ Gas 4.
2. Remove from carton and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
3. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Check food is piping hot before serving.
