Free Range Norfolk Bronze Turkey Breast Joint
The star of every roast dinner is our succulent Free Range, Norfolk Bronze Turkey Breast Joint, reared by our friendly farmer Rob on his family farm. Each turkey joint is simply dressed with a sprig of rosemary. Will feed 8 generously with plenty left over for second helpings.
Whole Turkey Breast Joint
Remove turkey joint from freezer. Remove packaging, but leave net on. Place on baking tray, cover and leave to defrost in fridge for 48 hours.
Remove turkey joint from fridge and rest at room temperature for 60 minutes.
Set oven to 170°C Fan, 190°C Conventional, Gas Mark 5.
Place turkey joint in oven, middle shelf, uncovered. Cook undisturbed for 40 minutes.
Remove turkey joint from oven. Cover with foil and return to oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Remove turkey from oven. Check turkey is cooked- pierce skin and check juices run clear. If cooked, move from oven and let rest. If not cooked, return to oven for further 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
